***PRAY FOR THE PEACE OF JERUSALEM, THAT THE LOVE OF JESUS WOULD BRING PEACE TO ALL THAT WOULD CALL ON HIM!!***

Isaiah 65:18 & 19***Be glad & rejoice forever in what I will create, for I will create Jerusalem to be a delight & its people a joy. I will rejoice over Jerusalem & take delight in my people; the sound of weeping & crying will be heard in it no more.***

***You can pray about this need & see if you want to help !!***

***ASK YOUR HEAVENLY FATHER ABOUT WHAT YOU SHOULD DO WITH THIS. DON'T HELP UNLESS YOU ARE LEAD!!!*** I DO NOT KNOW THIS PERSON!!!***
From Tony Cossey:
A Sincere Cry for God to Intervene...
I have tried so hard not to write this letter... I have asked God to show me what to do... I keep getting the same idea popping into my head... let His people know. God has told me and shown me that He works His blessings out through other people. In the past, there have been a few very special people that felt as though God led them to help support me and the ministry. I thank and praise God for those few and thank them (you know who you are) for your obedience to God. I have come to a point where financially I am in ruins. That actually could be considered an understatement. I am crying out to God for help. My church has helped me in the past and I pray they are blessed for that! I also pray that everyone that has blessed me in any way is blessed over abundantly by God! I know many people are struggling financially... and I know many people can't or won't help others in need at this time. I am not trying to guilt anyone into helping. I am not trying to make anyone feel sorry for me. I am just being transparent... I am sharing my burden with my brothers and sisters in Christ! Some will verbally attack me for this cry for help. That's up to you... but maybe it would be best if you have nothing constructive or helpful to say that you say nothing at all. Because of the ministry I have been called to... I continuously come under attack from the enemy. I am not afraid of Satan and his demons... and will not stop fighting them. My goal is to assist people to find true freedom through Jesus Christ. That is my calling. Your calling may be different or the same... regardless we are all parts of God's Army. My current situation will require immediate intervention. I have no doubt that God has already put things in motion to work this out. God is a faithful God! I am only His servant... and happy to be called as such! Here is what my needs are... I will not list the specifics, just the total. I will tell you at this point, this is going for our survival... before I can go further with the ministry, I need to meet some very immediate needs. Items as small as toiletries, shoes, and gasoline to items as large as taxes, a vehicle and much need dental work. I have no money... I are praying for God to bless me with at least $5000 and that doesn't cover everything but it does get me out of the immediate situation. No, I don't expect anyone to help us with all of that... but if each of my friends sent even $1... it would be close. Do I think everyone will help... no I don't. But if you pray about this and feel that God is leading you to assist me... then I fully believe you are missing out on even greater blessings by choosing not to do so. If you can't help me financially... I understand and I will pray that you are blessed in ways that you can be a blessing to others. If you can help... I will pray that God multiplies your blessing back to you! Either way, I ask for you to keep me in prayer each day! I need a strong prayer coverage over me, my marriage and our ministry to counter the ongoing attacks from the enemy. I normally would give you my PO Box address... but the payment on it is due at the end of this month and I currently don't know if we will be able to pay it. So I will give you a few options.... 1. 3. We can also receive Western Union money transfers. If you wish to contact me by email: mtcministry@aol.com My phone is shut off at the moment so I will not be able to post my phone number. Thank you so much for reading, praying for me and if you are able to assist me, I thank you for that as well! God bless you! Tony Cossey Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will repay him for his deed. --Prov 19:17 Give, and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you. --Luke 6:38 In the same way, the Lord commanded that those who proclaim the gospel should get their living by the gospel. --1 Cor 9:14

1938 Austria A Must Read

***Received this from a friend!***

This was in my inbox this morning, not sure how many of you have seen or have read this, but encase you've never read it I feel it's well worth your time, so please read!

By: Kitty Werthmann

What I am about to tell you is something you've probably never heard or will ever read in history books.

I believe that I am an eyewitness to history. I cannot tell you that Hitler took Austria by tanks and guns; it would distort history. We elected him by a landslide - 98% of the vote.. I've never read that in any American publications. Everyone thinks that Hitler just rolled in with his tanks and took Austria by force.

In 1938, Austria was in deep Depression. Nearly one-third of our workforce was unemployed. We had 25% inflation and 25% bank loan interest rates.

Farmers and business people were declaring bankruptcy daily. Young people were going from house to house begging for food. Not that they didn't want to work; there simply weren't any jobs. My mother was a Christian woman and believed in helping people in need. Every day we cooked a big kettle of soup and baked bread to feed those poor, hungry people - about 30 daily.

The Communist Party and the National Socialist Party were fighting each other. Blocks and blocks of cities like Vienna , Linz , and Graz were destroyed. The people became desperate and petitioned the government to let them decide what kind of government they wanted.

We looked to our neighbor on the north, Germany, where Hitler had been in power since 1933. We had been told that they didn't have unemployment or crime, and they had a high standard of living. Nothing was ever said about persecution of any group -- Jewish or otherwise. We were led to believe that everyone was happy. We wanted the same way of life in Austria . We were promised that a vote for Hitler would mean the end of unemployment and help for the family. Hitler also said that businesses would be assisted, and farmers would get their farms back. Ninety-eight percent of the population voted to annex Austria to Germany and have Hitler for our ruler.

We were overjoyed, and for three days we danced in the streets and had candlelight parades. The new government opened up big field kitchens and everyone was fed.

After the election, German officials were appointed, and like a miracle, we suddenly had law and order. Three or four weeks later, everyone was employed. The government made sure that a lot of work was created through the Public Work Service.

Hitler decided we should have equal rights for women. Before this, it was a custom that married Austrian women did not work outside the home. An able-bodied husband would be looked down on if he couldn't support his family. Many women in the teaching profession were elated that they could retain the jobs they previously had been required to give up for marriage.

Hitler Targets Education - Eliminates Religious Instruction for Children:
Our education was nationalized. I attended a very good public school. The population was predominantly Catholic, so we had religion in our schools. The day we elected Hitler (March 13, 1938), I walked into my schoolroom to find the crucifix replaced by Hitler's picture hanging next to a Nazi flag. Our teacher, a very devout woman, stood up and told the class we wouldn't pray or have religion anymore. Instead, we sang "Deutschland, Deutschland, Uber Alles," and had physical education.

Sunday became National Youth Day with compulsory attendance. Parents were not pleased about the sudden change in curriculum. They were told that if they did not send us, they would receive a stiff letter of warning the first time. The second time they would be fined the equivalent of $300, and the third time they would be subject to jail. The first two hours consisted of political indoctrination. The rest of the day we had sports. As time went along, we loved it. Oh, we had so much fun and got our sports equipment free. We would go home and gleefully tell our parents about the wonderful time we had.

My mother was very unhappy. When the next term started, she took me out of public school and put me in a convent. I told her she couldn't do that and she told me that someday when I grew up, I would be grateful. There was a very good curriculum, but hardly any fun - no sports, and no political indoctrination. I hated it at first but felt I could tolerate it. Every once in a while, on holidays, I went home. I would go back to my old friends and ask what was going on and what they were doing. Their loose lifestyle was very alarming to me. They lived without religion. By that time unwed mothers were glorified for having a baby for Hitler. It seemed strange to me that our society changed so suddenly. As time went along, I realized what a great deed my mother did so that I wasn't exposed to that kind of humanistic philosophy.

Equal Rights Hits Home:
In 1939, the war started and a food bank was established. All food was rationed and could only be purchased using food stamps. At the same time, a full-employment law was passed which meant if you didn't work, you didn't get a ration card, and if you didn't have a card, you starved to death. Women who stayed home to raise their families didn't have any marketable skills and often had to take jobs more suited for men.

Soon after this, the draft was implemented. It was compulsory for young people, male and female, to give one year to the labor corps. During the day, the girls worked on the farms, and at night they returned to their barracks for military training just like the boys. They were trained to be anti-aircraft gunners and participated in the signal corps. After the labor corps, they were not discharged but were used in the front lines. When I go back to Austria to visit my family and friends, most of these women are emotional cripples because they just were not equipped to handle the horrors of combat. Three months before I turned 18, I was severely injured in an air raid attack. I nearly had a leg amputated, so I was spared having to go into the labor corps and into military service.

Hitler Restructured the Family Through Daycare:

When the mothers had to go out into the work force, the government immediately established child care centers. You could take your children ages 4 weeks to school age and leave them there around-the-clock, 7 days a week, under the total care of the government. The state raised a whole generation of children.. There were no motherly women to take care of the children, just people highly trained in child psychology. By this time, no one talked about equal rights. We knew we had been had.

Health Care and Small Business Suffer Under Government Controls:
Before Hitler, we had very good medical care. Many American doctors trained at the University of Vienna . After Hitler, health care was socialized, free for everyone. Doctors were salaried by the government. The problem was, since it was free, the people were going to the doctors for everything. When the good doctor arrived at his office at 8 a.m., 40 people were already waiting and, at the same time, the hospitals were full. If you needed elective surgery, you had to wait a year or two for your turn. There was no money for research as it was poured into socialized medicine. Research at the medical schools literally stopped, so the best doctors left Austria and emigrated to other countries.

As for healthcare, our tax rates went up to 80% of our income. Newlyweds immediately received a $1,000 loan from the government to establish a household. We had big programs for families. All day care and education were free. High schools were taken over by the government and college tuition was subsidized. Everyone was entitled to free handouts, such as food stamps, clothing, and housing.

We had another agency designed to monitor business. My brother-in-law owned a restaurant that had square tables. Government officials told him he had to replace them with round tables because people might bump themselves on the corners. Then they said he had to have additional bathroom facilities. It was just a small dairy business with a snack bar. He couldn't meet all the demands. Soon, he went out of business. If the government owned the large businesses and not many small ones existed, it could be in control.

We had consumer protection. We were told how to shop and what to buy. Free enterprise was essentially abolished. We had a planning agency specially designed for farmers. The agents would go to the farms, count the live-stock, then tell the farmers what to produce, and how to produce it.

"Mercy Killing" Redefined:
In 1944, I was a student teacher in a small village in the Alps . The villagers were surrounded by mountain passes which, in the winter, were closed off with snow, causing people to be isolated. So people intermarried and offspring were sometimes retarded. When I arrived, I was told there were 15 mentally retarded adults, but they were all useful and did good manual work. I knew one, named Vincent, very well. He was a janitor of the school. One day I looked out the window and saw Vincent and others getting into a van. I asked my superior where they were going. She said to an institution where the State Health Department would teach them a trade, and to read and write. The families were required to sign papers with a little clause that they could not visit for 6 months. They were told visits would interfere with the program and might cause homesickness.

As time passed, letters started to dribble back saying these people died a natural, merciful death. The villagers were not fooled. We suspected what was happening. Those people left in excellent physical health and all died within 6 months. We called this euthanasia.

The Final Steps - Gun Laws:

Next came gun registration.. People were getting injured by guns. Hitler said that the real way to catch criminals (we still had a few) was by matching serial numbers on guns. Most citizens were law abiding and dutifully marched to the police station to register their firearms. Not long after-wards, the police said that it was best for everyone to turn in their guns. The authorities already knew who had them, so it was futile not to comply voluntarily.

No more freedom of speech. Anyone who said something against the government was taken away. We knew many people who were arrested, not only Jews, but also priests and ministers who spoke up.

Totalitarianism didn't come quickly, it took 5 years from 1938 until 1943, to realize full dictatorship in Austria . Had it happened overnight, my countrymen would have fought to the last breath. Instead, we had creeping gradualism. Now, our only weapons were broom handles. The whole idea sounds almost unbelievable that the state, little by little eroded our freedom.

After World War II, Russian troops occupied Austria . Women were raped, preteen to elderly. The press never wrote about this either. When the Soviets left in 1955, they took everything that they could, dismantling whole factories in the process. They sawed down whole orchards of fruit, and what they couldn't destroy, they burned.. We called it The Burned Earth. Most of the population barricaded themselves in their houses. Women hid in their cellars for 6 weeks as the troops mobilized. Those who couldn't, paid the price. There is a monument in Vienna today, dedicated to those women who were massacred by the Russians.

This is an eye witness account. It's true...those of us who sailed past the Statue of Liberty came to a country of unbelievable freedom and opportunity.

America Truly is the Greatest Country in the World.

Don't Let Freedom Slip Away!

"After America, There is No Place to Go"

Psalm 46

God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble.

Therefore will we not fear, though the earth do change, And though the mountains be shaken into the heart of the seas;

Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, Though the mountains tremble with the swelling thereof.

There is a river, the streams whereof make glad the city of God, The holy place of the tabernacles of the Most High.

God is in the midst of her; She shall not be moved: God will help her, and that right early.

The nations raged, the kingdoms were moved: He uttered his voice, the earth melted.

Jehovah of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our refuge.

Come, behold the works of Jehovah, What desolation he hath made in the earth.

He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; He breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; He burneth the chariots in the fire.

Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.

Jehovah of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our refuge.

John 11:25

Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth on me, though he die, yet shall he live;

and whosoever liveth and believeth on me shall never die. Believest thou this?

Job 19:25-27

But as for me I know that my Redeemer liveth, And at last he will stand up upon the earth:

And after my skin, even this body,is destroyed,Then without my flesh shall I see God;

Whom I, even I, shall see, on my side, And mine eyes shall behold, and not as a stranger. My heart is consumed within me.

Job 1:21

and he said, Naked came I out of my mother’s womb, and naked shall I return thither: Jehovah gave, and Jehovah hath taken away; blessed be the name of Jehovah.

In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly.

Psalms 46

Therefore will we not fear, though the earth do change, And though the mountains be shaken into the heart of the seas;

Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, Though the mountains tremble with the swelling thereof.

Jehovah of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our refuge.

John 15:25-29

Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour cometh, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God; and they that hear shall live.

For as the Father hath life in himself, even so gave he to the Son also to have life in himself:

and he gave him authority to execute judgment, because he is a son of man.

Marvel not at this: for the hour cometh, in which all that are in the tombs shall hear his voice,

and shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of judgment.

Psalm 20:1 & 2

Jehovah answer thee in the day of trouble; The name of the God of Jacob set thee up on high;

Send thee help from the sanctuary, And strengthen thee out of Zion;

Psalms 39:4 & 5

Jehovah, make me to know mine end, And the measure of my days, what it is; Let me know how frail I am.

Behold, thou hast made my days as hand breadths; And my life-time is as nothing before thee: Surely every man at his best estate is altogether vanity.

2 Samuel 12:19-23

Wherefore hast thou despised the word of Jehovah, to do that which is evil in his sight? thou hast smitten Uriah the Hittite with the sword, and hast taken his wife to be thy wife, and hast slain him with the sword of the children of Ammon.

Now therefore the sword shall never depart from thy house, because thou hast despised me, and hast taken the wife of Uriah the Hittite to be thy wife.

Thus saith Jehovah, Behold, I will raise up evil against thee out of thine own house; and I will take thy wives before thine eyes, and give them unto thy neighbor, and he shall lie with thy wives in the sight of this sun.

For thou didst it secretly: but I will do this thing before all Israel, and before the sun.

And David said unto Nathan, I have sinned against Jehovah. And Nathan said unto David, Jehovah also hath put away thy sin; thou shalt not die.

Howbeit, because by this deed thou hast given great occasion to the enemies of Jehovah to blaspheme, the child also that is born unto thee shall surely die.

And Nathan departed unto his house. And Jehovah struck the child that Uriah’s wife bare unto David, and it was very sick.

David therefore besought God for the child; and David fasted, and went in, and lay all night upon the earth.

And the elders of his house arose, and stood beside him, to raise him up from the earth: but he would not, neither did he eat bread with them.

And it came to pass on the seventh day, that the child died. And the servants of David feared to tell him that the child was dead; for they said, Behold, while the child was yet alive, we spake unto him, and he hearkened not unto our voice: how will he then vex himself, if we tell him that the child is dead!

But when David saw that his servants were whispering together, David perceived that the child was dead; and David said unto his servants, Is the child dead? And they said, He is dead.

Then David arose from the earth, and washed, and anointed himself, and changed his apparel; and he came into the house of Jehovah, and worshiped: then he came to his own house; and when he required, they set bread before him, and he did eat.

Then said his servants unto him, What thing is this that thou hast done? thou didst fast and weep for the child, while it was alive; but when the child was dead, thou didst rise and eat bread.

And he said, While the child was yet alive, I fasted and wept: for I said, Who knoweth whether Jehovah will not be gracious to me, that the child may live?

But now he is dead, wherefore should I fast? can I bring him back again? I shall go to him, but he will not return to me.

Matthew 19:13-15

Then were there brought unto him little children, that he should lay his hands on them, and pray: and the disciples rebuked them.

But Jesus said, Suffer the little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for to such belongeth the kingdom of heaven.

And he laid his hands on them, and departed thence.

Psalm 90

A prayer of Moses the man of God.

Lord, thou hast been our dwelling-place In all generations.

Before the mountains were brought forth, Or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, Even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.

Thou turnest man to destruction, And sayest, Return, ye children of men.

For a thousand years in thy sight Are but as yesterday when it is past, And as a watch in the night.

Thou carriest them away as with a flood; they are as a sleep: In the morning they are like grass which groweth up.

In the morning it flourish, and groweth up; In the evening it is cut down, and withereth.

For we are consumed in thine anger, And in thy wrath are we troubled.

Thou hast set our iniquities before thee, Our secret sins in the light of thy countenance.

For all our days are passed away in thy wrath: We bring our years to an end as a sigh.

The days of our years are threescore years and ten, Or even by reason of strength fourscore years; Yet is their pride but labor and sorrow; For it is soon gone, and we fly away.

Who knoweth the power of thine anger, And thy wrath according to the fear that is due unto thee?

So teach us to number our days, That we may get us a heart of wisdom.

Return, O Jehovah; How long? And let it repent thee concerning thy servants.

Oh satisfy us in the morning with thy loving kindness, That we may rejoice and be glad all our days.

Make us glad according to the days wherein thou hast afflicted us, And the years wherein we have seen evil.

Let thy work appear unto thy servants, And thy glory upon their children.

And let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us; And establish thou the work of our hands upon us; Yea, the work of our hands establish thou it.

Psalm 91

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

I will say of Jehovah, He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in whom I trust.

For he will deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, And from the deadly pestilence.

He will cover thee with his pinions, And under his wings shalt thou take refuge: His truth is a shield and a buckler.

Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night, Nor for the arrow that flieth by day;

For the pestilence that walketh in darkness, Nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.

A thousand shall fall at thy side, And ten thousand at thy right hand; But it shall not come nigh thee.

Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold, And see the reward of the wicked.

For thou, O Jehovah, art my refuge! Thou hast made the Most High thy habitation;

There shall no evil befall thee, Neither shall any plague come nigh thy tent.

For he will give his angels charge over thee, To keep thee in all thy ways.

They shall bear thee up in their hands, Lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.

Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: The young lion and the serpent shalt thou trample under foot.

Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.

He shall call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble: I will deliver him, and honor him.

With long life will I satisfy him, And show him my salvation.

Psalm 23

Jehovah is my shepherd; I shall not want.

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; He leadeth me beside still waters.

He restoreth my soul: He guideth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.

Yea, thou I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me; Thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me.

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: Thou hast anointed my head with oil; My cup runneth over.

Surely goodness and loving kindness shall follow me all the days of my life; And I shall dwell in the house of Jehovah for ever.

Job 14:1 & 2

Man, that is born of a woman, Is of few days, and full of trouble.

He cometh forth like a flower, and is cut down: He fleeth also as a shadow, and continueth not.

Psalms 103:15-18

As for man, his days are as grass; As a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.

For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; And the place thereof shall know it no more.

But the loving kindness of Jehovah is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, And his righteousness unto children’s children;

To such as keep his covenant, And to those that remember his precepts to do them.

Psalms 46:10 &11

Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.

Jehovah of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our refuge.

Psalm 111

Praise ye Jehovah. I will give thanks unto Jehovah with my whole heart, In the council of the upright, and in the congregation.

The works of Jehovah are great, Sought out of all them that have pleasure therein.

His work is honor and majesty; And his righteousness endureth for ever.

He hath made his wonderful works to be remembered: Jehovah is gracious and merciful.

He hath given food unto them that fear him: He will ever be mindful of his covenant.

He hath showed his people the power of his works, In giving them the heritage of the nations.

The works of his hands are truth and justice; All his precepts are sure.

They are established for ever and ever; They are done in truth and uprightness.

He hath sent redemption unto his people; He hath commanded his covenant for ever: Holy and reverend is his name.

The fear of Jehovah is the beginning of wisdom; A good understanding have all they that do his commandments: His praise endureth for ever.

Psalm 121

I will lift up mine eyes unto the mountains: From whence shall my help come?

My help cometh from Jehovah, Who made heaven and earth.

He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: He that keepeth thee will not slumber.

Behold, he that keepeth Israel Will neither slumber nor sleep.

Jehovah is thy keeper: Jehovah is thy shade upon thy right hand.

The sun shall not smite thee by day, Nor the moon by night.

Jehovah will keep thee from all evil; He will keep thy soul.

Jehovah will keep thy going out and thy coming in From this time forth and for evermore.

Isa.40:3-5

The voice of one that crieth, Prepare ye in the wilderness the way of Jehovah; make level in the desert a highway for our God.

Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low; and the uneven shall be made level, and the rough places a plain:

and the glory of Jehovah shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together; for the mouth of Jehovah hath spoken it.

Isa. 40:11, 29-31

He will feed his flock like a shepherd, he will gather the lambs in his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and will gently lead those that have their young.

29-31He giveth power to the faint; and to him that hath no might he increaseth strength.

Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:

but they that wait for Jehovah shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; they shall walk, and not faint.

John 1011-18

I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd layeth down his life for the sheep.

He that is a hireling, and not a shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, beholdeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth, and the wolf snatcheth them, and scattereth them:

he fleeth because he is a hireling, and careth not for the sheep.

I am the good shepherd; and I know mine own, and mine own know me,

even as the Father knoweth me, and I know the Father; and I lay down my life for the sheep.

And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice: and they shall become one flock, one shepherd.

Therefore doth the Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I may take it again.

No one taketh it away from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment received I from my Father.

Revelation 21

And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth are passed away; and the sea is no more.

And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, made ready as a bride adorned for her husband.

And I heard a great voice out of the throne saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he shall dwell with them, and they shall be his peoples, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God:

*Prayer***Intercessors*#1

Why many things happened under the Old Covenant that should never happen to us under today: they had no intercessor.

God speaks through Ezekiel: The people of the land have used oppression, & have vexed the poor & needy: yea, they have oppressed the stranger wrongfully.

And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, & stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none.

Therefore have I poured out mine indignation upon them; I have consumed them with the fire of My wrath: their own way have I recompensed upon their heads, saith the Lord God.

Ezekiel 22:29-31*The people of the land have practiced extortion and committed robbery. They have wronged the poor and needy; they have oppressed the foreigner who lives among them and denied them justice. 22:30 “I looked for a man from among them who would repair the wall and stand in the gap before me on behalf of the land, so that I would not destroy it, but I found no one. 22:31 So I have poured my anger on them, and destroyed them with the fire of my fury. I hereby repay them for what they have done, declares the sovereign Lord.”

Under the Old Covenant, God sought for a man to stand in the gap & make up the hedge, but He found none. Under the New Covenant, however, we have such a man: His Name is Jesus. And we have a Comforter-the Holy Spirit. There a power on the side of the believer today. Jesus gave His Name to use. We now have an intercessor, who is seated at the right hand of the FATHER, & He makes intercession for us.

Prayer is the responsibility of every christian. The purpose of prayer is to determine God's will in a matter, & then pray it into existence. It is a privilege & duty to be involved with God in the formative work of others' lives.

1 Timothy 2:1-4*First of all, then, I urge that requests, prayers, intercessions, and thanks be offered on behalf of all people, 2:2 even for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life in all godliness and dignity. 2:3 Such prayer for all is good and welcomed before God our Savior, 2:4 since he wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.*

1 Samuel 12:23*As far as I am concerned, far be it from me to sin against the Lord by ceasing to pray for you! I will instruct you in the way that is good and upright. 12:24 However, fear the Lord and serve him faithfully with all your heart. Just look at the great things he has done for you!

Ephesians 6:18*With every prayer and petition, pray at all times in the Spirit, and to this end be alert, with all perseverance and requests for all the saints.

Matthew 26:41*Stay awake and pray that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.” *

Prayer should be a priority & a lifestyle. Prayer was the primary communication linked between Jesus & His Father; the same is true for us.

Luke 6:12*Now it was during this time that Jesus went out to the mountain to pray, and he spent all night in prayer to God.

Matthew 14:23*And after he sent the crowds away, he went up the mountain by himself to pray. When evening came, he was there alone.

We are called to be a priest unto Him. The priestly duty is bestowed upon you because of the blood of Jesus. His blood has made us righteous so we can enter into the Holy of Holies. So then we can go with boldness & with confidence into His presence.

1 Peter 2:9*But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people of his own, so that you may proclaim the virtues of the one who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.

1 Peter2:5*you yourselves, as living stones, are built up as a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood and to offer spiritual sacrifices that are acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.

Proverbs 15:8*The Lord abhors the sacrifices of the wicked,

but the prayer of the upright pleases him.

When we pray we enter into a dialogue with our Lord. We spend time with Him because we love Him. The Lord speaks to us by His Word & His Holy Spirit.

Ezekiel 47:9*God revealed to Ezekiel a river of living water flowing out of the temple of God. The Lord said "And it shall come to pass, that every thing that liveth, which moveth, whither soever the rivers shall come, shall live: & there shall be a very great multitude of fish, because these waters shall come thither: for they shall be healed; & every thing shall live whither the river cometh".

The river the prophet Ezekiel saw was a divine flow of the Holy Spirit that was going to be released from the throne of Almighty God.That river is alive with the power of God & everywhere the river flows...it brings life & healing!

Let this truth go deep into your spirit. The same life-giving Spirit that was released through Christ is living & working within you to save & to heal.

John 7:37-39* On the last day of the feast, the greatest day, Jesus stood up and shouted out, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me, and 7:38 let the one who believes in me drink. Just as the scripture says, ‘From within him will flow rivers of living water.’”7:39 (Now he said this about the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were going to receive, for the Spirit had not yet been given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.)

The same life-giving flow of the Spirit of God that flowed through Jesus to open blind eyes, heal all manner of sickness & disease, that caused the lame to walk & raised the dead, is flowing in you, not only for your salvation but to manifest Christ's life within your spirit, & to heal your body!

***What to Pray #1

*PRAY TO BE LIKE CHRIST*

*John 15:5*I AM the vine you are the branches.

*John 13:15*"For I gave you an example that you also should do as I did to you.

As branches we are to be so like the vine, so entirely identified with it, that all may see that we have the same nature, life & spirit as Jesus. When we pray for the Holy Spirit, let us not only think of a Spirit of power, but the very disposition & temperament of Christ Jesus. Ask & expect nothing less: or yourself & for all God's children, cry out for it.

*James 4:8*Draw nigh to God & He will draw to you.

The nearness of God gives rest & power in our prayers. The nearness of God is given to Him, & He will give it; "He will draw nigh to you." Then it become easy to pray in faith.

We must be trained to love, pray, wait,& believe.

*Nahum 1:7*The Lord is a good strong hold in the day of trouble; & He knoweth them that trust in Him.

CAUTION DO NOT TALK AGAINST PEOPLE WHO SPREAD THE WORD!!!

I have seen several well meaning Christian sites do this, be careful folks!!! (Luke 9:49-And John answered & said Master, we saw someone casting out demons in Your Name; & we tried to hinder him because he does not follow along with us. LOOK at Luke 9:50- But Jesus said to him; DO NOT HINDER HIM; FOR HE WHO IS NOT AGAINST YOU IS FOR YOU.) If I may ask those who are reading this. Are you guilty of this, have you said that this church or this Leader, or preachers, that they are not one of us. God has given all brothers & sister a job to do, & that is to tell people how wonderful that our Lord Jesus is, to show them Christ. Not to run anyone down, but to build them up, as long as they are talking about Jesus, just leave them alone. Who told you to spend time on running these people down, let me tell you that you are wasting time, & this is not helping the kingdom of God, in fact it is the work of the Devil & not God. Let God take care of them. He want's workers not people that destroyers of His children. Let God build His church because it is His not yours or mine. I am sorry if you leave but this needed to be said. God Bless & Keep you.

Keep your eye on Jesus alone!

Having accepted God's call to leadership in Christ & the Church, I covenant with God to serve Christ & His Church with God's help, to deepen my obedience to the Two Great Commandments to love the Lord our God with all my heart soul, mind, & strength, & to love my neighbor as myself....

Christians & their churches are to be involved in ministry to people in need.

The devil tries to make Christians feel as though it was their idea to sin. But the man on the inside-the spirit- man does not want to do wrong. It is the unregenerate d flesh that trips them up.

"The joy of the Lord is your strength" [Nehemiah 8:10].

"God is the Treasurer of my soul; The source of lasting joy; A joy which time cannot impair Nor death itself destroy."

"Be filled with the Spirit"[ Eph. 5:18].

Ye are complete [filled] in him." [Col. 2:10].

John the Baptist was the last Old Testament prophet. I consider him a transitional prophet from the Old Testament order to the New Testament apostolic order (Ephesians 4:11). He said that Jesus was the baptizer of the Holy Ghost and fire (Matthew 3:11-13). The baptism of the Holy Ghost doesn’t come from man but Christ. It was vital in the ministry of the apostles and it’s vital for you too.

*To receive Jesus as your Savior*

*To receive Jesus as your Savior*

*Dear Heavenly Father, I come to You in the Name of Jesus, Your Word says, "...him [or her] that cometh to Me I will in no wise cast out"John 6:37. So I know You won't cast me out, but You will welcome me in, & I thank You for it. In Romans 10:13, You have said that "Whosoever shall call upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved". I am calling on Your Name, to forgive me of my sins & to save me like Your Word says. Romans tells me that ..."if I confess with my mouth the Lord Jesus, & shall believe in my heart that God has raised Him from the dead, You will save me. T believe & ask You to come into my life & help me live for You. I confess Him now as mt Lord & Savior. I thank You for doing this for me, thank You for 2 Corinthians 5:21 because You have made me Your righteous in Christ Jesus. And I am saved! Thank You, Lord!***

***Just so you know, God will not make you to be righteous until you choose to be so, take your place by faith, & maintain your place by acting on it-then God will make you to be righteous & holy as truly as He made Jesus to be sin.***

HOW FAITH COMES

How Faith Comes

But without faith it is impossible to please Him; for He that cometh to God must believe that He is, & that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. Hebrews 11:6

Did you notice the first part of that verse, it says "But without faith it is impossible to please Him...,"

God demands us to have faith. He places within our hands the means for faith to be produced. That it is our responsibility to receive it.

God said that we needed faith to please Him & He has also told us how to obtain faith. He has said how faith comes.

So then faith cometh by hearing, & hearing by the Word of God. Romans 10:17

So if we lack faith it is our fault not God's.

Our salvation "cometh by hearing, & hearing by the word of God."

Apostle Paul said that we are saved by faith. "For by grace are ye saved through faith; & not of our self: it is the gift of God" Ephesians 2:8

Now take a look at how you receive faith for salvation. Take a look in Romans 10.

But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, & in thy heart: the word of faith, which we preach;

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, & shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raises Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; & with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

For whosoever shall call upon the Name of the Lord shall be shaved.

How then shall they call on Him in whom they have have not believed? & how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? & how shall they hear without a preacher?

So then faith cometh by hearing, & hearing by the word of God. *Romans 10:8-10,13,14,17

We can see here that faith for salvation comes by hearing the Word of God. Now let us go to *Acts 11:13 & 14, "And He shewed us how he [Cornelius] had seen an angel in his house, which stood & said unto him, Send men to Joppa, & call for Simon, whose surname is Peter; HOW SHALL I TELL THEE WORDS, where by thou & all thy house shall be saved."

Cornelius was not saved but he was a good man. Jesus has said, "Go ye into all the world, & preach the gospel to every creature." Mark 16:15 Cornelius was not saved because he had not heard the Gospel.

Cornelius was told by God to send for Peter so he could learn about salvation.

We are saved by hearing words. This is because "faith cometh by hearing , & hearing by the Word..

Head Faith vs. Heart Faith

John Wesley once said that the devil has given the Church a counterfeit for faith & many people can not tell the difference. Many people read & agree with what the Word says, but they are agreeing with their minds. It is with the heart that gets the job done. This is were we receive from God.

Heart faith will say that God said it, then therefore it is mine & I have it now.

Head faith says that I know that God has said & I know that He has promised it. But for some reason I can't get it. Often we will say that we don't or can't understand why we don't have it.

Jesus told us to have faith in God. The margin note in my King James Bible says, "Have the faith of God." God wants to have His kind of faith. The God-kind of faith believes & speaks. That's how God created the universe, He said it & it happened. Read *Genesis chapter 1.

Faith begins where the will of God is known & if you know what His Word promises, then you know you can receive.

Take a look at *Philippians 4:19-But my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

*1 John 5:14 &15-And this is the confidence that we have in Him, that, if we ask any thing according to His will, He heareth us:

And if we know that He hears us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of Him.

Faith is a spiritual force, faith is a spiritual issue; it is not a natural issue. Faith is of man's spirit, not of his mind or body.

We are dealing with faith in God, faith from God, &the faith of God, we must realize that God is Spirit (John 4:24).

The Bible says that we are spirit beings. Man is a spirit, he has a soul, & he lives in a body.So Bible faith is of man's recreated spirit, not his mind or flesh.

1 Thessalonians 5:23-And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; & I pray God your whole SPIRIT & SOUL & BODY be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

That's why Bible faith is of man's heart or recreated spirit; it is not mental. It is a spiritual force! The Bible calls it "the spirit of faith."

2 Corinthians 4:13-We having the same SPIRIT OF FAITH, according as it is written, I BELIEVE, & therefore have I SPOKEN; we also BELIEVE, & therefore SPEAK.

Head Faith vs. Heart Faith

John Wesley once said that the devil has given the Church a counterfeit for faith & many people can not tell the difference. Many people read & agree with what the Word says, but they are agreeing with their minds. It is with the heart that gets the job done. This is were we receive from God.

*1 Thessalonians 5:23-And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly;& I pray God your whole SPIRIT & SOUL & BODY be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Bible faith is of man's heart or their recreated spirit; not with the mind. The Bible calls it "the spirit of faith."

*2 Corinthians 4:13-We having the same SPIRIT OF FAITH, according as it is written, I BELIEVED, & therefore have I SPOKEN; we also BELIEVE, & therefore SPEAK.

The spirit of faith is Bible faith is believing with the heart & confessing with the mouth.

Romans 10:9 &10- That if thou shalt CONFESS WITH THY MOUTH the Lord Jesus, & shalt BELIEVE IN THINE HEART that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shall be saved. For WITH THE HEART MAN BELIEVETH unto righteous; & with THE MOUTH CONFESSION IS MAD unto salvation.

NOTE.-"Faith cometh by hearing, & hearing by the word of God"(Romans 10:17). By hearing or reading the word of God, the sinner receives evidence by which, with the assistance of the Holy Spirit, he believes in the promise of God. Having this, he is enabled to go to God believing that He does exist, & that He will hear hear the cry of the penitent. But after coming to God & confessing his sins, with a petition for parson in the Name of Jesus Christ, the sinner may then know that his sins are forgiven, simply upon the evidence of his own faith in the promises, regardless of surrounding circumstances.

NOTE.-Our faith in what God will do for us must be circumscribed by what we learn from God's word concerning that point. No one can confidently look for that which God has never promised.

Real faith in the Word says, "If God says it is so, it is so.
Real faith is built on the Word.

Since the Word of God is spirit, it has the ability to produce a spiritual force within our hearts called "faith." Faith in God's Word can change circumstances & move "mountains" in our lives (Mark 11:23 & 24).

THE SECRET PLACE

***Jesus was interested in showing believers the right way to pray, so they could have miracles in answer to their prayers. He showed that true prayer was communion with the Supreme Being-the Father God. He said that before praying one should seclude himself or herself to be free from interruption. A person cannot successfully carry on human & divine communications at the same time.***

***And when you pray, you shall not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues & on street corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. But you, when you pray, go into your room, & when you have shut the door, pray to your Heavenly Father who is in the secret place; * your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly(Matthew 6:5 * 6).***

***Most everyone knows that God is in heaven, but the great secret of answered prayers is to realize & understand that He is also in the same room with you! When the realization that God is actually present it makes your prayer vital & more powerful.***

***Why must we get alone to pray? Because in prayer, we are entering into the presence of God. When we pray, we must enter in reverence & respect because He is worthy.***
